natural soapWe use soap in our daily life. It is much important to us in our daily life like brushing our teeth, shaving or other activities. But everyone must choose right type of soap for there skin. Because there are many types of soap available in market today and each type is for different skin. The different types of skin we know of are dry skin, oily skin, combinational skin and normal skin.

Dry Skin:
Dry skin is the skin which does not contain too much of natural oil or sebum. Gentle moisturizing soap is best for dry skin. If you have dry skin, look for the soap that contains Aloe Vera, Coco butter, avocado or vegetable oil. And do not use hash soap.

Oily Skin:
Oily skin contains too much sebum or skin’s natural oil. For best result, use antibacterial soap or special cleansing soap. Also look for the soap which contains lavender, chamomile and tree oil or thyme.

Combinational Skin:
The combination of oily skin and dry skin is known as combinational skin. In fact you have to be very careful for using soap if you have combinational type of skin. Always avoid soap which are specifically formulated for oily skin or dry skin, because soap for oily skin will make your oily part more oily and dry skin soap will make your dry part of your skin more dryer. Use special cleanser for combinational skin, the glycerin also can be good.

Normal Skin:
The skin that is not too oily or not too dry is defined as normal skin. Like combinational skin, do not choose specially formulated soap. The best soap for normal skin is much commercial and herbal soap that are formulated for normal skin.

Next time you go out shopping and buy soap, now you know what to look for. Most importantly, avoid soap that contain high pH and acid, lots of chemicals and of course do not buy the soap that is not designed for your skin.
