We know skin is the largest organ of the Integumentary System and our beauties mainly dependable on the skin; that’s why most of us use various costly products for our skin care but we don’t give any attention to our food. However, foods play a vital role for our skin. We get vitamins, minerals, and nutrition from food. All of those are necessary for looking and feeling one’s skin fresh, healthy and bark attractive. Moreover, those can help you to prevent and treat any types of problem, spots and skin disorders.

On the other hand, an improper diet that is lacking in vitamins and minerals can make one’s skin blotchy and lifeless. So, in our every days menu should be a proper balance diet which contains vitamins, minarets and sufficient water. But most of us do not know which foods contain sufficient vitamins and minerals; not only that but also we don t know which food contains which vitamins and which vitamins do which work for better skin. So, if you maintain a better skin at first, you have to know the foods and vitamins.

There are various kinds of foods and vitamins. Let see which type of vitamin you get from which kinds of foods and their activities.

  • Vitamin A: This can be found in mangoes, carrots, liver, eggs, spinach, milk and some other foods. It is a very essential vitamin for healthy skin because it helps to make a stronger skin. Moreover, it helps to repair and adjust tissues. Besides, it helps to prevent dry skin and acne. Additionally, it can be used to treat wrinkles sometimes.
  • Vitamin B: This can be found in eggs, fish, kidney, liver, dairy products, wheat germ, oatmeal, bran etc. This vitamin helps to keep skin tone healthy. In addition to say, it is a high-quality vitamin for relieving stress; that’s why some stress caused diseases such as eczema may prevent by it. There is a variety of vitamin B and all of those functions are difference such as Vitamin B1 – it is an antioxidant that assists to rid the body of various toxins. Moreover it can assist circulation. Vitamin B2 – it help to maintain the skin healthy and prevent acne. Vitamin B3 – it improves circulation. Vitamin B5 – it supports to reduce stress. And Vitamin B6 – it helps to maintain the immune system healthy.
  • Vitamin C: It can be found in oranges, cabbage, grapefruit, mandarins, spinach, green peppers, strawberries etc. it assists with healing wounds and some other damage to the skin. Moreover, it may rejuvenate the skin. Additionally, it supports the immune system fight off illnesses.
  • Vitamin D: It can be found in milk, fortified rice, tuna, liver, cheese; salmon etc. sunlight is one of the better sources of this vitamin. It is an antioxidant and it may play a vital role in skin pigmentation.
  • Vitamin E: It can be found in almonds, mango, broccoli, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, hazelnuts etc. It is also an antioxidant that can assist to prevent free radical damage to skin. Furthermore, it is a high-quality vitamin to take when skin is suffering various damages from the sun or any other factors.
  • Minerals: Among the minerals Zinc is very important for your skin. It can be found in dairy products, beans, lentils, cereals, seeds, yeast etc. It helps to keep the skin’s natural healing process. Moreover, it is very essential to prevent the over-production of sebum, which will help clear up acne as well. Besides, it helps to maintain the immune system.
  • Water: Every day you should take sufficient water in order to look you better and fresh.

Go without saying, foods have an important contribution for your good skin. So, if you want to healthy and problem free skin, you should take proper foods always so that you get proper vitamin, minerals and nutrition because all of those are necessary for your skin.
