You should also drink plenty of water. Drink at least 10 glasses of water per day. Maintain you food salt and avoid any kind of food that will create allergies. Eat lots of food and fresh fruits, especially kidney balancing food.

Use vitamin K creams as the dark circle is a kind of skin problem. By using vitamin K creams, it will repair and restore the skin and the dark circles appearance will be reduced. You can also apply plain and cool teabag on you eyes but do not use herbal teabags as they sometimes do not show any effectiveness. Apply fresh cucumber slice on your eyes for about 15 minutes.
